Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By creating a Dualo account or using the Dualo mobile app (“Dualo”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Dualo. Dualo is a couples connection product: questions, shared moments, and a private timeline for you and your partner.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Dualo. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Your account & couple space
You may invite one partner with an invite code. Content you and your partner create (answers, memories, special days, photos) is shared inside your couple space. You must not use Dualo to harass, threaten, impersonate others, or upload illegal or harmful content.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt Dualo’s services; not to scrape or resell content; and not to attempt to access another couple’s data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Intellectual property
Dualo’s branding, question catalog, design, and software are owned by Dualo or its licensors. Your personal answers and memories remain yours; you grant Dualo a limited license to host and display them so the app can function for you and your partner.
6. Disclaimer
Dualo is provided “as is” for personal, non-therapeutic use. It is not a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, Dualo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dualo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or relationship outcomes.
8. Termination
You may stop using Dualo and request account deletion at any time (in-app when available, or by contacting us). We may stop providing Dualo or change features with reasonable notice when practicable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
